About Me

I'm Laura, owner of Bridge Bakes and Cakes. I set up Bridge Bakes and Cakes in December 2021, having been a property Solicitor and working in the legal industry for 20 years. I am mum to 2 gorgeous young boys and wanted to spend more time with them at home, I decided to fulfil my dreams of making cakes as a full time business. I had made cakes for family and friends for the previous 12 years and always dreamt of the possibility of making it into a business.
